Lovely recipe shares SJ. We do something similar for the Christmas season as we have non-meat and meat eaters in our family. A veggie chilli usually goes down a treat on Christmas Eve as it’s easy to prepare ahead. I love the look of the mushroom wellington, if I can find chestnuts here (USA) then I will be giving this a go over the festivities too! Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas. Xx
